Overview: getting into Chapter 3
Chapter 3 is available, but the game remains in development. A developer reply in the comments on the Chapter 3 release page gives the access step: finish Chapter 2 once, then load the latest Chapter 2 save. If the chapter does not appear, update the game and use that current save before replaying earlier choices. The instruction is about chapter access; it does not promise a particular route or ending.
The official character list includes Slenderman as one of six routes. The sources reviewed here do not verify two new “Slender Brothers” romance routes, a complete cursed-item map, or Chapter 3-specific Good, Bad, and Secret endings. Those details are marked unknown below. The documented room-answer variation is useful to know, but it is not proof of a curse or affection system.
Slender Brothers romance route
The official game page lists Slenderman as a route; it does not identify a separate pair of “Slender Brothers” routes. No cited developer post or reproducible player report confirms two new brothers, a brothers-only romance branch, or the choices that would unlock one. Treat that route name as an unverified theory until an in-game prompt or developer source identifies the characters and route.
One real Chapter 2 choice does have a documented result. The developer says that answers near the end of the chapter can change which of three rooms appears. A comment gives examples such as “waffles,” “blue,” and “wolf.” The supported effect is room variation. The comment does not say these answers raise Slenderman affinity, reveal a cursed item, or trigger an ending.
Change the late Chapter 2 answers only to compare the room that follows. Do not describe the examples as a romance answer key or curse recipe.
To test your own save, keep one copy before those questions, record the exact answers and language, then note the room that appears. Replay with one answer changed at a time. If the room changes, that confirms your build’s room variation; it still does not establish a relationship score or a new route. Include the game version with any report, because an in-development release can change.
For Chapter 3, follow the scenes your save actually presents and save before unfamiliar events. No source used for this guide documents a Slender Brothers dialogue tree, affinity threshold, or romance ending. Until one is verified, there is no evidence-based “best answer” sequence to publish for that supposed branch.
Cursed items guide and locations
No reliable source reviewed here names a cursed item in the game, maps its room, or explains an effect. A developer comment responds to a discussion about a separate fan site and says that site is not theirs and is outside their control. That clarification does not validate the other site’s item list or prove that its supposed cursed objects appear in Creepy Dates.
The official game description says the protagonist explores a house and collects items, but it does not identify any collectible as cursed. The late Chapter 2 answers are also not evidence of an item: the developer’s documented outcome is a different room. Keep those systems separate unless an in-game description or repeatable test connects them.
| Question | What the sources establish |
|---|---|
| Item names | No first-party cursed-item list verified. |
| Locations | No cursed-item room or area confirmed; location unknown. |
| Effects | No verified curse, affinity change, or route flag. |
| Gallery links | No item-to-CG unlock condition confirmed. |
If you encounter an object you suspect is relevant, copy its in-game name, record the room and chapter, and save before interacting. Note the visible result and compare a second run with only that interaction changed. A useful report says what the game showed; it does not turn a fan-site label into an official item name. Until those details can be repeated, every cursed-item location and effect remains unknown.
Branching endings and hidden CGs
The official page tags Creepy Dates as a multiple-ending game overall. The available sources do not identify Chapter 3’s ending count, final branch names, or the decisions that lead to them. A room changing after the late Chapter 2 questions is not, by itself, a final branch.
Good ending: status unverified; conditions unknown.
Bad ending: status unverified; conditions unknown.
Secret ending: status unverified; conditions unknown.
Hidden CGs: no complete list or unlock conditions verified.
Do not infer an ending from a locked gallery slot, a scene variation, or a save that fails to continue. Confirm the game is updated and that Chapter 3 was opened from the latest Chapter 2 save first. If a run reaches a distinct final scene, record the preceding choices and version before assigning it a name. No source here confirms that a cursed item, room answer, or “Slender Brothers” route unlocks a CG.
Tips for reliable route testing
- Recommended play order: complete Chapters 1, 2, and 3 on the same route; for Chapter 3 access, finish Chapter 2 once and load its latest save.
- Keep a separate save before the late Chapter 2 room questions.
- Change one answer or interaction per replay and record the resulting room or scene.
- Note the version, language, chapter, exact item name, and visible outcome.
- Label personal observations as player reports until another run reproduces them or the developer confirms them.
This method can establish what your current build does without overstating a route, item, or ending result. Keep route notes separate from confirmed developer instructions.
