Privacy

CreepyDates.dev is a static information site. It has no accounts or contact forms. Optional analytics scripts are not requested unless a visitor accepts them.

Site requests

The hosting provider serves the site files and may process request and security data under its own privacy terms. This site does not use first-party analytics cookies before consent. If Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics identifiers are configured, the preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the choice remains in effect on later visits.

Optional analytics

When configured, Microsoft Clarity can provide session recordings and interaction insights, and Google Analytics can measure site use. Each configured analytics script remains unloaded until you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting means no configured analytics script is requested. You can change or withdraw the choice from Privacy settings in the footer. If you withdraw after accepting, the site sends the providers a denied-consent signal and reloads so their scripts are no longer loaded for the visit.

All page text is masked from Clarity recordings with its documented page-level masking attribute. Masked text is not uploaded in recordings, though Clarity may still process non-text interaction and page information after consent. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive usage data after consent; advertising storage and advertising personalization are denied in the tag configuration.

Third-party content

The browser game frame is not loaded until you click Play Now. After that action, your browser connects to the third-party embed host, which may receive connection data and apply its own cookies or policies. The Jeff guide also contains a lazy-loaded YouTube embed; when your browser loads that frame it connects to YouTube. itch.io, YouTube, Microsoft, and Google operate independently and have their own privacy terms.

For the official game files, visit Hahadit’s itch.io page. This page describes the current site implementation and should be updated if data collection changes.
